PRICES                                                                       

The prices on this list are for the public excluding VAT.           

Stones Srl reserves the right to vary the price list if it deems it necessary without prior notice.                                                                       

VALIDITY                                                                                

This list voids and substitutes all previous editions.                                                                              

PAYMENTS                                                                             

Payments must be made pursuant to the instructions contained in the order confirmation.                               

Stones Srl reserves the right to suspend delivery of goods in the event of breach, including partial, by the buyer.

SHIPMENTS IN EUROPE                                                                       

For deliveries below Euro 750.00 net, shipping charges shall be Euro 80.00                                                                          

COMPLAINTS                                                                          

Any complaints must be received within eight days from receipt of the goods, Stones Srl shall not accept any claims after such term.

Goods can be returned subject to authorisation from Stones Srl.

Goods are substituted following authorisation from the Stones Srl Technical Office within 30 business days from the issue of such authorisation. No compensation or refund can be requested in compliance with the above term.

Should the goods arrive defective or damaged for reasons not attributable to Stones (i.e. it was returned outside of its original packaging or without packaging), transport and repair costs shall be charged to the buyer.      

No complaint will be valid without regular payment of invoices.

WARRANTIES                                                                          

Products sold by Stones Srl have a two-year warranty covering manufacturing or any concealed defects.          

Excluded from the warranty are defects resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, from improper use of the asset, as well as those present on products that have been tampered with, have had their colour changed or are excessively worn out.   

RETURNS                                                                                

No replacement goods will be accepted unless previously authorised by Stones Srl through a special return form.                    

Goods must be delivered to Stones Srl, accompanied by a return form, no later than sixty days from the date of authorisation and, if it does not arrive within the deadline indicated or without the form, Stones Srl will consider the sale complete and proceed with the request for payment (failure to pay for goods not returned within the term shall justify the suspension of the supply by Stones Srl).      

Should the goods arrive damaged and without packaging (or destroyed packaging), Stones Srl shall charge the shipping and any repair costs to the buyer.                                           

Returns for erroneously ordered goods shall not be accepted.

COMPETENT COURT                                                                           

All disputes shall be deferred to the Court of Pesaro.
